Delta Remastered can assist your Organization's Board and Staff in reviewing and analyzing your Organization's Mission Statement to ensure it accurately represents the Mission of your Organization.  If not, Delta Remastered can assist you in updating the Mission Statement to ensure its relevancy to you Organization's purpose.

Tag Line Analysis and/or Development
Delta Remastered can assist your Organization's Board and Staff in reviewing your Organization's Tag Line to ensure it succinctly and accurately reflects your Organization's Vision and Mission.

SWOT Analysis
Delta Remastered's SWOT Analysis will coach your Organization's Board and Staff through a detailed SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) analysis to help better understand the current operating environment of your Organization, which will allow for the creation of a Go Forward Roadmap, based on the findings of the SWOT Analysis.

Go Forward Roadmap Creation
Based on the results of your Organization's SWOT Analysis, Delta Remastered will coach your Board and Staff through the creation of the Go Forward Roadmap.  The Go Forward Roadmap will include Short, Mid and Long-term Action Items, Responsible Individuals/Groups, Dealdlines and Dependencies to help ensure goals are met.  Delta Remastered can be available to facilitate check-in meetings and assist with Go Forward Roadmap status and success.
